7.11.2008: bye-bye macaroni pie
I had to post this up. Anything else would be a serious injustice.
Me and Kite were discussing whether or not we should contribute to the Crop-Over festival in song. Well, my plans went up in smoke (more on that sometime later), but Kite got theirs up and running.
Go over to Bajan Tube and hear a Bajan folk rendition of Don McLean's "American Pie", this one entitled "Macaroni Pie".
It's amazing when the drinks do work (lol).

7.8.2008: video issuesOkay, so some of the videos I put up have been disabled by Brightcove for "copyright" reasons. Yeah, I understand, but why would they disable my video "Show And Prove"? Unless... nevermind...
For the record, I only put up those videos because they feature Bajan artists that I believe should get some promotion, as a lot of people come to this website.
Oh well, only 3 videos got taken down (so far).

6.17.2008: girls, girls, girls, girls...
As everyone currently in Barbados knows, we are currently in Crop-Over festival season. And as (almost) everyone who comes here knows, I usually take my vacation from music around this time. But I love a lot of the soca music that comes out, so I'm gonna showcase a couple videos on this site this time around (since the only soca one I have up so far is Alison Hinds' "Roll").

3.1.2008: new video uploaded!!!
I must say, I'm having quite a bit of fun being a part of the 3 Miles In 3 Months Tour with Kite and their new band. Next stop is supposed to be Jumbie's (yeah, we hit that spot before, but this one is gonna be totally different). Around March 29, I believe.
In the meantime, check out me and the guys doing a hybrid rendition of "Fading Fast" last Thursday in McBride's.
